Cloud 9 residential project located in Aviaţiei area aims to have sold

90% of its units by the end of the year

The Cloud 9 residential project, realized by Akcent Development in the Aviației area, the northern part of Bucharest has sold 67% of its apartments (550 units out of a total of 820). So far, all the 2-room apartments have found their owners, as the developer aims to have closed the deal on 90% of the total units, by the end of 2021.

Started in May 2018, the construction of the four apartment blocks has been completed in two years. The project includes 18 types of apartments, with areas ranging between 48 to 144 square meters, as well as three exclusive penthouses with private pools, which have already been sold. The underground car parking lot has 1,100 spaces, equipped with facilities for charging electric cars. The retail spaces situated on the ground floor of the apartment block, facing Pipera Street, are about to be leased to a supermarket, a restaurant and a cafe, as the commercial area will be completed with a wide range of services, such as a medical clinic, a notary, a gym and a dry cleaning unit.

Laurențiu Afrasine, the developer of the first project in the Cloud9 series: “Cloud 9, the largest premium residential compound in Bucharest developed in one phase, benefits from apartments with clever partitioning, bright spaces offered by the large glazed surfaces and a privileged position for those working in the northern part of Bucharest. In this new context, buyers are more and more interested in the duplex units with private gardens on the ground floor, with areas ranging from 35 to 110 square meters, which provide ideal green spaces for work and recreation. We are convinced that the warm season and the expected relaxation of restrictions will boost sales, helping us reach our objectives.”

Cloud 9 benefits from premium construction materials and interior finishes, both in the common areas and inside the apartments. These include the ventilated façade, with a 10 cm Knauf basalt mineral wool insulation system and Schüco aluminum exterior carpentry, which ensures perfect sound isolation. Each block has a Viessmann central heating with individual control and two Kone elevators. Inside, the apartments have Saloni porcelain ceramics and Balterio laminate flooring, as well as Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning. The project benefits from a concierge system for its residents, along with easy access to public transport (numerous bus lines having nearby stops) and less than a 10-minute walk to the Aurel Vlaicu metro station. Promenada Mall and King Michael I Park (Herăstrău), the largest one in Bucharest, complete the scenery of one of the most plentiful areas in terms of facilities in Bucharest.

Akcent Development, one of the largest residential developers in Bucharest, with 20 years of experience in the Bucarest's real estate market and approximately 7,500 apartments in its portfolio, also owns Mendeleev Ofice 5, Eminescu Offices and Rosetti Tower office buldings, with further plans to develop two other residential projects in the northern part of Bucharest.
